  • Primary and secondary markets in the U.S. that have strong underlying fundamentals for future stability and growth. Preference for markets in which the sponsor has investment experience

Sponsor Equity:

  • Commercial Real Estate Joint Venture investors require the sponsor to contribute 10-20% of the equity portion (for a smaller contribution, please see our Co-GP equity criteria page)​
