Enterstate arranged Joint Venture Equity for the $20 million value-add acquisition of a 1964-vintage, 128-unit apartment community, located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
The investor is a foreign alternative investment platform, with local presence in the US, focused on Joint Venture and Preferred Equity investments with local operating partners. This is the second time the sponsor retained Enterstate to raise Real Estate Joint Venture Equity for their multifamily acquisitions, with both transactions closing successfully with two separate investors introduced by Enterstate.
We view this as a reflection of Enterstate’s approach to locate multiple sources of strategic and reliable capital for our real estate sponsors.
